This is my effort towards helping you have one!
From comments I've received, the best way
to print these is to save them first to your computer, then print them
out from there. They should print out nicely in 8-1/2 x 11"
format.
I've saved the large
versions in bmp format this year, which means they'll take a long time
to download. However, they should be better quality.
